Raising children and implementing brain healthy habits can be a challenge! It takes a paradigm shift and commitment, but that’s easier said than done. The Amen Solution presents Haley Figueroa, a popular marriage and family therapist at the Amen Clinics in Newport Beach, who will share her expertise based on practical experience raising three children and working closely with Dr. Amen and his staff over the last six years.
Haley started working with the Amen Clinics in 2006 providing Marriage and Family Therapy, facilitating brain health courses, and brain health parenting classes. She is also one of Coaches for The Amen Solution online community. And recently, she has been asked to design and implement a new “after-care” program for patients.
Haley has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Adolescent Studies from California State University, Fullerton. Haley has more than 10 years of experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings including school and clinical settings. She also has specialized training in Lifestyle and Weight Management, fitness, and relationship enhancement for couples.
