Watch Dr. Amen on The Rachael Ray Show

I am excited to report that I will be appearing on The Rachael Ray Show on Monday, February 22.

The taping of the show was truly magical.  Rachael was so great to work with and the crew of the show really understood our message and did perhaps the best television piece on us anyone has ever done.

I don’t want to give away too much, but I can tell you that they came to our Newport Beach clinic last week to film us doing brain SPECT

scans of patients, including one of our weight-loss study group patients! You’ll have to tune in to the show to find out more.

Want to know where to look for helpful guidance as have no insurance presently.Head trauma in car accident in 1981 a long road where no one thinks anything is wrong except when I react wrong and I never know when it will be triggered. Three marriages and two childern where my son was placed with his father do to getting me to react and he was the driver of car accident been through counseling and head scan and MRI (Summer 2009) and they want me to be on medicine that I have had bad reactions to. Medical terms to descibe I sustained significant head injury with right orbitual skull fracture and intracerbral hematoma of the right temporal lobe with CSF leakage and injury to the right optical nerve. I was admitted to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Green Bay WI and required right frontal craniotomy. Subsequently lost vision to the right eye. All this at the age of 21 and now looking for help as things get good for awhile and all hell breaks loose. I have amost no hope left but beleive I have found your web set after seeing the show on public TV. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated books to read. My name now is Sandy Zahn at time of accident Sandra Challis. I have got medical records of all the time I was in the hospital after 28 years as I never fully understood what I went thru and why. My son is 20 and my daughter is 14 and she lives with me they are by different fathers. I want to be one that overcomes all the brain ants. Thank You Sandy
