Rogene received her Doctorate in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota (1996) and postdoctoral training from the California Institute of Technology and the University of Antwerp, Belgium. Prior to becoming a clinician, Dr. West held research and faculty positions at institutions such as the University of Washington and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Dr. West’s specialty is in the interpretation of QEEG data, both for the clients at Brain Health Northwest and as a consultant to other clinicians. Her doctoral thesis concerned mathematical algorithms for the analysis and prediction of brain data.
Board certified in Psychiatry, Neurology and Sleep Medicine with special competence in Child Neurology and Pediatric Sleep Medicine. He has received additional training at the NYU Child Study Center, Columbia University, and the University of Michigan. With over 14 peer-reviewed publications, Dr. Seyffert was chosen for the prestigious Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar Program at the Ann Arbor Veteran’s Administration in 2014. He has twenty-seven years of service in the military acting as a Second Lieutenant, Major and, most recently, as Chief Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force.
