EZ Blue Rider

8 oz. frozen blueberries
6 oz. Greek style yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla (can help raise serotonin levels).
cinnamon, to taste (an antioxidant and balances blood sugar)
Let the blueberries sit out for 20 minutes. Stir in with yogurt and vanilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

EZ Blueberry Ice Cream (the teens in my house go nuts for this one)

8 oz. frozen blueberries
4 tbsp. heavy cream
touch of Stevia (natural sweetener)
Mix ingredients in a blender, then serve.
Serves one
Calories – 260
(about the same as a Snickers bar,
but much healthier and tastier)
