Kate is a Mental Health Counselor who offers therapy to clients searching for healing, change, and a more authentic sense of self. She works to establish a collaborative therapeutic environment, while insightfully challenging her clients to acknowledge patterns that are no longer serving a purpose in their journeys towards healing. Based on a client’s interest and comfort-level, Kate often uses mindfulness-based therapy, movement, art therapy, and experiential techniques to support greater self-awareness, to integrate a non-judgmental experience of thoughts and emotions, and to establish a felt sense of safety and peace in the body, mind, and spirit. Kate sees clients ages 13+ for Individual, Family, Group, or Couples counseling.
