Order processing and packaging generally takes 1 - 2 business days. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing and packaging in addition to shipping times.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose for your order. Please use the shipping calculator on the check out page to estimate your shipping charges.

Product Returns:

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a product exchange, store credit or full refund less any shipping and handling fees.  In some cases, if a return is due to our error, we will ship the correct product to you at no additional cost  & provide a pre-paid return envelope for the incorrect product. 

If product is opened and/or used and falls within the 30 day return policy you must obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service department for store credit, exchange or refund.  Products will be sent to us at your expense & we will process your return upon receipt.

Refunds are for product purchase prices only.  We do NOT refund shipping and handling fees.

Supplements:

You may return new, unopened supplements under the return guidelines above.  Opened and used supplements will be considered on a case by case basis only.
 
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:

• Opened and used supplements
