Shipping & Returns

Order processing and packaging generally takes 1 - 2 business days. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing and packaging in addition to shipping times.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose for your order. Please use the shipping calculator on the check out page to estimate your shipping charges.

Product Returns:

*NOTE: All returns require a "Return Authorization Number". If for any reason you wish to return an item please call our customer service department at 888-564-2700 option 5 or 949-266-3745 & you may obtain this number by speaking with a representative.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a product exchange, store credit or full refund less any shipping and handling fees.  In some cases, if a return is due to our error, we will ship the correct product to you at no additional cost  & provide a pre-paid return envelope for the incorrect product. 

If the product is opened and/or used and falls within the 30 day return policy you must obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service department for store credit or exchange. Refunds will be issued for opened and used products on a case by case basis and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Products will be sent to us at your expense.  Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned items.

Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds are for product purchase prices only.  We do NOT refund shipping and handling fees.

Supplements:

You may return new, unopened supplements under the return guidelines above.  Opened and used supplements will be considered on a case by case basis only.
 
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:
  • Downloadable products
  • Gift Certificates
  • Opened and used supplements
NOTE: Please consult your doctor or other health care professional before purchasing vitamins or supplements.

After 30 Days:  There are no refunds after 30 days of the date of your Sales Receipt/Invoice.

Shipping/Handling Fees are not refundable. Shipping charges for Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx express services which are delayed due to bad weather are NOT refundable. However, if the product arrives after stated delivery time, a partial shipping refund may be due & will be determined on a case by case basis.

We continue to provide free shipping on all US orders over $99.00 for your convenience.
