Damian Cooke is a Business Development professional dedicated to helping individuals suffering from substance use disorder and mental illness get the treatment they need to achieve long-term recovery.
As Clinic Outreach Manager at Amen Clinics, Washington, D.C., he actively builds and strengthens community partnerships in the Mid-Atlantic region to promote brain health. Damian is a board member of the DC Recovery Alliance, a non-profit organization, which serves the community by promoting unity and open communication among addiction and mental health treatment providers. He volunteers with the Prince George’s County department of corrections, offering encouragement to men incarcerated. Damian launched and co-leads Rays of Hope, a program that works with returning citizens in practical disciplines to assist their successful reentry into the community. He also serves his faith community as an ordained Deacon, where he leads Kings Men Ministries, whose mission is to encourage men’s spiritual growth and development.
Most importantly, he is a proud husband and father.
