Earlier in her career, Pia spent a decade in Canada, where she co-founded and managed a successful three-restaurant collaboration and became recognized as a prominent woman in business. That entrepreneurial chapter helped shape her leadership philosophy—one rooted in teamwork, integrity, and a dedication to creating meaningful experiences for both clients and employees.
Her diverse background across healthcare operations, entrepreneurship, and holistic medicine allows her to bridge the worlds of science, service, and integrative care—creating an environment where patients feel truly supported in both mind and body.
Pia is also a published collaborative author of Dreaming Big, Being Bold, a collection that celebrates individuals who lead with courage, creativity, and purpose. Beyond her work at Amen Clinics, she serves as a community pillar in South Florida’s wellness landscape as the Founding President of the Holistic Chamber of Commerce Miami–Coral Gables Chapter, uniting holistic practitioners and conscious entrepreneurs to advance integrative health and community connection.
