Ben Smith on Imposter Syndrome & His Mental Health

Amen Clinics | June 15, 2022

In this episode of Scan My Brain, TV personality Ben Smith visits Dr. Steven Storage at Amen Clinics Los Angeles to discuss some of his recent brain health concerns and get SPECT scans of his brain. Dr. Storage and Ben discuss “imposter syndrome,” a phenomenon that often occurs in families where achievements are a primary focus. Dr. Storage then reveals Ben’s scans, which validate essentially every suspicion Ben has had about why he seems to be wired for certain behaviors and responses. Finally, Dr. Storage gives Ben a solid, customized plan for healing his brain, based on all of his findings.
