Catt Sadler on Past Concussions, Alcohol Use and Brain Fog

On this episode of Scan My Brain, entertainment reporter and It Sure Is a Beautiful Day podcast host @cattsadler visits Dr. Daniel Amen at Amen Clinics Orange County to take some preventative measures for her brain health. During her personal health journey, Catt had learned about the importance of brain health and wanted to see what was going on in her own brain in order to discover the links between her physical brain functions and such issues as past concussions, alcohol use, and brain fog. Dr. Amen reveals the results of Catt’s brain SPECT scans, and then based on those results, he gives Catt a plan to keep her brain healthy for the rest of her life.
