Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist

Dr. Patrice Reives-Bright is a double board-certified psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry with more than 15 years of clinical and leadership experience. A graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, she completed her residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Zucker Hillside Hospital in New York.

Her career spans outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools, and residential treatment centers, as well as senior leadership roles guiding behavioral health programs for large managed care organizations and community-based systems. Most recently, she served as Senior Medical Director of Behavioral Health at Fidelis Care, where she led clinical strategy and quality improvement efforts to expand access to care for vulnerable populations.

Clinically, Dr. Reives-Bright is dedicated to compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. She has particular interest in ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, and in supporting the unique needs of children, adolescents, and medically fragile youth. She partners closely with patients and families to create individualized treatment plans that foster resilience and long-term well-being.

In addition to her clinical work, she has served on nonprofit boards including the Long Island Crisis Center, reflecting her commitment to mental health advocacy and community engagement. Outside of medicine, Dr. Reives-Bright enjoys time with her family, reading, exploring new restaurants, travel, and community service.
