Shaun T Discusses Past Abuse and a Pathway to Healing

Shaun had experienced sexual abuse at a young age by someone very close to him, and the lingering effects on his mental health had sparked curiosity to see what was going on in his brain. Dr. Amen shows Shaun how the trauma has manifested in his brain through his SPECT scans. Dr. Amen then gives Shaun practical tips for healing his brain and moving on past the trauma.
