Christine O’Neill

Christine O’Neill is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Amen Clinics, Inc. and Mindworks Innovations, Inc. Since joining the companies in 2011, she has brought more than 39 years of finance and operational leadership experience spanning public accounting, venture-backed growth companies, and high-impact executive leadership.
 
Christine began her career at Arthur Young, before moving into the private sector. There, she helped raise capital, scale emerging companies, and support successful exits. Her experience spans a range of industries, including healthcare, semiconductors, eLearning, and web-based software.
 
Over the course of her career, Christine has held senior financial and operational leadership roles with deep expertise in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, global operations, and the development of scalable accounting and finance functions. She is known for her hands-on, cross-functional leadership style and her ability to build the infrastructure needed to support rapid growth.
