Dr. Morgan Cowger, D.O.

Dr. Cowger is a board certified psychiatrist who sees adults of all ages. She first entered the medical field as a Paramedic in Portland, Oregon, then competed her undergraduate degree at Portland State University. She attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific-Northwest, then completed her general Psychiatry residency through the University of Hawaii.   She feels passionate about identifying underlying factors that contribute to psychiatric symptoms. She practices functional Psychiatry after completing a fellowship by Psychiatry Redefined.
