With over a year and a half of experience at the Amen Clinics, and previous work at Post University in Athletic Counseling, Baptist Hospital Behavioral Health unit, and Springfield College, Hayley has cultivated expertise in addressing a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, suicidal ideation, performance anxiety, trauma, and others.
Drawing from techniques in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, Hayley tailors her approach to meet the individual needs of each client. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, hosting arts & crafts nights with friends, staying active in the gym, and spending quality time with her dog.
