Driven by a deep commitment to transforming lives through brain health, Kaitlin serves as the Clinical Outreach Manager for Amen Clinics Seattle. In her role, she fosters meaningful partnerships with therapists, physicians, and community organizations to ensure individuals and families in the Pacific NorthWest have access to Amen Clinics’ integrative approach to mental wellness and brain optimization.
Kaitlin previously served as a Patient Outcome Manager, helping guide patients towards their desired outcomes. Through this, she has gained an in-depth understanding of the Amen Clinics method and the different services offered throughout our eleven locations, enabling her to connect local providers with an Amen Clinics expertise who can best serve their patient or client needs. With a background in patient advocacy and behavioral health, Kaitlin brings both clinical insight and compassionate communication to every connection she makes. She has a proven ability to build strong referral relationships and educate providers about the power of brain-based care.

When she’s not connecting with community partners, Kaitlin enjoys spending time at the local yoga studio, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and continuing to learn about the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and overall wellness.
