Nikki Hogan is our Clinical Outreach Manager at Amen Clinics, where she focuses on building trusted relationships with healthcare providers, community leaders, and organizations to expand access to brain-health care and education. With a strong background in healthcare sales, client services, and community engagement, Nikki is known for her ability to connect mission-driven solutions with the people and communities who need them most.
Throughout her career, Nikki has worked across healthcare, insurance, and benefits environments, partnering with physicians, hospitals, advocacy groups, and community stakeholders to drive growth while maintaining a patient-first mindset. She brings a relationship-based approach to clinical outreach—rooted in listening, education, and long-term collaboration—that aligns closely with Amen Clinics’ whole-person model of care.
Nikki is deeply passionate about improving outcomes through education, early intervention, and access to innovative mental wellness solutions. Her work is guided by a belief that informed communities are empowered communities, and that meaningful impact happens when trust, consistency, and compassion come first.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and cooking. She is also actively involved in volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and values giving back to the communities she serves.
