Recently, he has expanded his practice to include work with the Amen Clinic, incorporating innovative technologies such as SPECT imaging to enhance diagnosis and treatment. This approach aligns with his commitment to using cutting-edge, evidence-based methods for a more comprehensive understanding of brain function and its impact on mental health.

With over two decades of experience, Dr. Fillyaw continues to prioritize evidence-based strategies in his current practice. He maintains a private practice in Chevy Chase, Maryland, while also serving as Medical Director at Everstand (Baltimore). Dr. Fillyaw emphasizes personalized and comprehensive treatment plans that not only address mental health challenges but also empower patients to pursue their unique goals, always ensuring that the interventions used are supported by the latest research in the field of psychiatry.
