Call Center
Amen Clinics has a wide market presence that generates a high volume of inbound calls from potential patients seeking additional information before booking an appointment. Our call center team receives intensive training to handle these calls, answer questions, alleviate concerns, and recommend appropriate services. This team includes client care coordinators, supervisors, managers, and directors and believes in promoting from within.
