Brian Plante, ND

Brian Plante is a licensed naturopath with extensive training in integrative, whole-person healthcare approaches. His comprehensive evaluations help people to identify and remove patterns of imbalance preventing them from living their healthiest lives, and he tailors his treatments to each unique individual. Brian Plante is a graduate of the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon and a member of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS).

He works closely with those suffering from complex immune dysfunction, including Lyme disease, chronic viral infections, environmental toxicity such as mold illness and heavy metal toxicity, autoimmune disease, mast cell activation syndrome, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome/myalgic encephalomyelitis. He has helped many patients recover from functional gastrointestinal, adrenal, and thyroid disorders. At Amen Clinics, he applies his approach to treating neurological and psychiatric/mental health conditions, many of which involve components of the above issues. He believes neuro-psych conditions are best supported when the immune system, GI system, hormone systems, and cellular nutrient recycling systems are reset and optimized. Brian Plante holds true that the most empowering tools in healing from chronic illness are compassion and comprehension. Many of his patients have spent years struggling to find answers as to why they are sick, and have felt discouraged by this process. Brian Plante takes the time needed to investigate thoroughly and to break down difficult concepts, so that patients can begin the process of healing with new hope and insight.
