Clinic Director

Chelsea Durham is the Clinic Director at Amen Clinics Los Angeles, where she leads with a commitment to both operational excellence and compassionate care. With more than a decade of experience in mental health and healthcare leadership, Chelsea is dedicated to creating systems that improve patient experiences and outcomes.

She earned her BAs in Psychology and Theater Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and her MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Since joining Amen Clinics in 2011, Chelsea has served in multiple roles—including Patient Outcome Manager and Chief Patient Outcome Manager—before stepping into her current role as Clinic Director. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is helping patients feel truly seen and supported—not just by addressing their immediate needs, but by ensuring they feel heard, valued, and cared for throughout their journey with the clinic. She takes pride in creating an environment where every patient’s story matters and where their path to healing is met with compassion and respect.

Chelsea is proud to lead the Encino team, where she focuses on fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation to further the clinic’s mission of delivering exceptional care.
