Clinical Director

Chelsea Durham is a passionate and knowledgeable mental health clinician with demonstrated strengths in leadership and patient care. She is driven to apply her education, training, and professional experience to curate excellent experiences and outcomes for patients of Amen Clinics.

Chelsea completed her undergraduate education at the University of California Santa Cruz where she double majored in Psychology and Theater Arts. Her college internship experience providing behavioral support for children on the autism spectrum incited her passion for serving others and inspired her to obtain her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Ultimately, she graduated at the top of her class from Pepperdine University. Chelsea worked in special education at Chicago Public Schools before starting her career at Amen Clinics.

Upon being hired at Amen Clinics in 2011, Chelsea served as a Patient Outcome Manager conducting intakes, writing clinical histories, and providing case management. In 2013, she was promoted to Chief Patient Outcome Manager and was called upon to lead the team of Patient Outcome Managers across all of Amen Clinics’ locations. After relocating from Amen Clinics’ headquarters in Orange County to Los Angeles, Chelsea was promoted to Clinic Director.  She is now honored to serve alongside the incredible team at the Encino, CA location.
