Lyndsi Rosen has dedicated over two decades to the healthcare field, emerging as a pivotal figure in executive leadership across diverse organizations, both for-profit and non-profit. With a profound focus on Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment, Lyndsi’s journey has been marked by remarkable contributions.

Her extensive expertise lies in steering successful Business Development and Clinical Outreach teams on a national scale. Lyndsi’s strategic prowess and ability to navigate shifts in healthcare markets have been instrumental in the launch and growth of several start-up inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient counseling, and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) clinics across states such as IN, OH, PA, TN, WV, and FL.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lyndsi is a passionate advocate for mental health and addiction awareness. Actively engaging with community partners, she plays a crucial role in organizing initiatives that shed light on the impact of mental health issues and addiction. Lyndsi extends her influence to national and regional networking events, often participating as a sponsor or content expert at conferences and workshops. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland UMADAOP (Urban Minority Alcohol Drug Abuse Outreach Program) and remains deeply involved with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), emerging as a leader in her community.

Away from the demands of her career, Lyndsi finds solace and joy in nature and travel. Her recent interests include Kayaking and Disc Golf, reflecting a zest for outdoor activities.

Lyndsi holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree, complemented by certifications as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Crisis Prevention Training (CPI), and a certificate in Integrative Behavioral Health.
