Melody Parlier

Melody Parlier comes to Amen Clinics with over thirty years of Human Resources experience. Her industry background is diverse and includes experience in Public Utilities, Real Estate Construction, and Behavioral Health. She started with Amen Clinics in 2012 as the sole member of the HR department and has since helped to build a team of HR specialists to assist our staff across the US. In addition to running the HR department, she also works with our medical records team as the HIPAA Compliance Officer. When Melody is not attending to the needs of our staff, she enjoys taking the RV out for a weekend with her retired husband, or spending time watching her granddaughters in their dance performances.
