Dr. Michael Seyffert is board-certified in Psychiatry, Neurology and Sleep Medicine with special competence in Child Neurology and Pediatric Sleep Medicine. He has received additional training at the NYU Child Study Center in functional neuroimaging and Columbia University in Narrative medicine. While completing his residency in psychiatry at the University of Michigan, Dr. Seyffert was chosen for the prestigious Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar Program at the Ann Arbor Veteran’s Administration in 2014.
He has over 14 peer reviewed publications. Dr. Seyffert also has more than twenty years of military service. In 2015, he deployed to Kuwait and Iraq as a Senior Flight Surgeon in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
